    have called them many times over several days and they never answer even first thing in the morning .

    Very disappointed in the Samsung rep. 3 times, no acknowledgement. Went away, got sick of waiting. Came back.. Still waited another 20 minutes. Left..

    No one to help you, got told to look on the website myself for their wifi offers, thing is I didnt have wifi by the times (thats why i was there). Left cause i got really annoyed.

    Living in the regional part of Western Australia makes it extremely difficult when you are unable to attend the Shop. I spoke with Jordan who displayed an excellent knowledge and assisted my needs. I highly recommend Jordan for all your needs. He is polite and no task seems too difficult. There should be more sales people like Jordan.
